What I really like is the way he presents himself - using the internet in a simple, practical way to communicate with the world and build a client base. Important things to take from this.... he uses a pencil and paper to work out what he is going to do before he sits in front of a computer - something many of you forget to do - and he provides a handy run down of the stages he goes through to create the finished logo.
