I'm 100% sure that most of you think I'm barmy giving you all these creative typography briefs and can't understand why I do it and how they can possibly be relevant.
Owen Glidersleeve is a very in-demand freelance designer specialising in the creative and unexpected typography that Art Directors love. Nothing in here is out of your skill range. He graduated from the University of Brighton 2 years ago. I think his work is brilliant.
Aside from the great typography this guy creates, I really like how he creates depth in the pieces by literally raising up the layers off the ground. So simple but makes the work come alive...in my opinion.
ReplyDeleteIt's very accessible, it's a real, tactile, tangible 'thing' rather than just a flat, computer generated image - makes it much easier to engage with - and warm to.
