If there is any possibility that you may require mitigating circumstances this year as regards your final marks - you must have completed the paperwork, including provision of any evidence, by the end of May at the latest.
If you have an subsequent agreed arrangement to hand work in late - it must be MARKED before Tuesday 13th September 2011.
There can be no exceptions.
