I need to emphasise just how important it is to keep up your attendence records. I have explained repetedly that if you dip below 70% you are in real danger of scrutiny by the University - all registers are checked automatically and the numbers are an essential part of the course funing calculations.
You are only required to attend 3 days a week - but this is a full time course, you have a contractual comitment to attend.
The University offers accomodation in Hastings, and rental property here is cheap and plentiful - if you chose to outside the town then you have to take responsibility for getting into college.
I go to a lot of trouble to stretch the budget to give you as much staff time as possible, if you don't take advantage of this - you will suffer in the end. The quickest way to get yourself noticed is to not be around.
