Just letting everyone know about a free lunchtime concert of Baroque opera music on Wednesday 1st June (next Wednesday) starting at 1.10 pm.
Venue: Holy Trinity Church, Hastings town centre (entrance in Trinity Street opposite Trinity Wholefoods).
Music by Handel, Purcell, Scarlatti, Pergolesi and Monteverdi.
The concert will be performed by Baroque Opera Live, with soloists including Claire Sheffield, Jeremy Vinogradov, Karen McInally and Carolyn Bruce. Accompaniment on piano by Duncan Reid and Nigel Howard.
Entrance is free, although a donation is kindly requested when leaving. Refreshments are available for sale and you can eat sandwiches while watching the concert.
