The Electric Palace Cinema
Inspired by Hastings' underground network of caves artist and film-maker Toby Tatum presents an evening of short film illuminating other secret or hidden places, be they real or imaginary. The programme includes a selection of films from around the world, including work from South Korea, Taiwan, Chile and Latvia. The artists included in this show represent a diverse cross section of today's cutting edge film-makers, operating outside the mainstream.
