I'm really pleased that the department facebook page is working well - I'm not getting involved with it - and it does take the pressure off me a bit - it's important that you all participate. I've had a couple of facebook requests myself in the last couple of weeks - the truth is, we have been directed not to have social network contacts with students when we are still teaching you - it's part of the college safeguarding policy, so don't be offended if I decline, and besides - my personal live is very dull...
